Christopher Nguyen served as engineering director of Google Apps and co-founded two successful startups. As a professor, he co-founded the Computer Engineering program at HKUST. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of California-Berkeley summa cum laude, and a Ph.D. from Stanford, where he created the first standard-encoding Vietnamese software suite, authored RFC 1456, and contributed to Unicode 1.1. He is a co-creator of the open-source Distributed DataFrame project.
Tushar Shanbhag is a seasoned product leader with a strong track record of building market-leading enterprise products from the ground up. Most recently he served as Director of Products at Cloudera leading the flagship Navigator and Director products. Prior to that, he served as a product leader in vSphere at VMware and was on the founding team of Windows Azure at Microsoft. Tushar holds an MBA from Columbia University and MS in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
Sameer Paranjpye is an expert in the Big Data space and was the first engineering leader of the Hadoop project at Yahoo! in 2005, shipping the first 20 releases of Hadoop and helping define the technology's open source ecosystem. He has led engineering teams at Yahoo, Google and Inktomi, most recently serving as Vice President at Yahoo. Sameer also co-founded Jybe, a startup acquired by Yahoo in 2013. He earned his B.S. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and an M.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, both in Computer Science.

His consistent track record of revenue growth at leading technology firms results from an obsession with helping customers achieve business value. Robert’s past companies include Ayasdi, Cognos, Plumtree Software, Commerce One and FAST, acquired by Microsoft. He holds a B.S in computer science from Columbia University and an M.S. in Finance from Golden Gate University.
